Meetings

Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at the New England Club situated in West Avenue, Glen Innes. The meetings commence at 7.00pm. A meeting will not be held on the first Thursday in January.

The Annual General Meeting is held on the first Thursday in July at the New England Club situated in West Avenue, Glen Innes. The AGM commences at 6.00pm with the election of new Executive Committee members and a wrap up of the years activities. The AGM is then followed by the usual monthly meeting which commences at 7.00pm.

In accordance with Clause 2.3 of the Constitution,

“The member is expected to attend a minimum of three (3) general meetings per year or send though an apology for nonattendance.” This can be done by making contact with any of the Executive Committee which may be found on the Home page under the Contact Us tab.

Members are encouraged to make themselves aware of the contents of the Constitution and to abide by the rules of the Constitution at all times. A copy of the Constitution may be found on the Home page under the Constitution tab.
